Annie Creek Canyon Trail Description
Annie Creek Canyon Trail is a beautiful canyon hike that begins and ends in the Mazama Campground in Crater Lake National Park. It’s a perfect adventure for campers and it offers enjoyable canyon scenery. The hike is bookended by moderate climbs, offering enough of a workout without getting too difficult.
Our route runs counterclockwise, but you can also go clockwise if you prefer to have a downhill slope for the bulk of the hike.
From the trailhead, hike to the rim of the canyon and take a right. Follow the rim until you reach the trail that descends to the canyon floor. You’ll hike north along the stream, gently ascending until the trail makes a sharp left turn to ascend the canyon once more. Take a left at the top to return to the campground.
