From here, you will head north and cross over the road, continuing through the tranquil atmosphere of Namphillows Wood to eventually reach the edge of Lamouth Creek. Turning right along the trail, you will follow the edge of the creek to the northeast, working your way through the forest until you arrive at the point where it joins the River Fal.

Continuing along the water’s edge, you will follow the trail as it bends to the sounds and traverses the forested expanse of North Wood, once again crossing over the road to arrive at the wonderfully maintained Trelissick Garden. Take your time through this portion of the walk to appreciate the wide variety of flowers and rare shrubs that make up an impressive floral display, before continuing on to the south through South Wood.

After looping around the southernmost portion of the route, you will exit the cover of the forest and make your way across a vast green space that offers a beautiful view of Trelissick House. At this point, you will make your way slightly uphill through the grassy area, before eventually arriving back at the car park where you began your day along the Namphillows Wood and Trelissick Garden Walk.
