While this is a year-round walk, it can get muddy during the winter, so come prepared with proper footwear.

Getting there

To get to the start of the Chess Valley to Rickmansworth Walk, head to Rickmansworth, and from here, follow the A412 before taking the first exit onto Chorleywood Road. Follow Chorleywood Road before turning right onto Rickmansworth Road. At the end of the road, turn right towards Chorleywood. Your destination will be on your left.
