Ness Walk Description
The Ness Walk is a fun walk for all ages! The low elevation gain and short distance make for an easygoing adventure. Plus, the riverside views create a peaceful ambiance! However, we advise rocking waterproof boots during wetter months as the river can rise, resulting in a flooded path.
From your car, go left to set out on the path, ‘Ladies Walk.’ Enjoy the relaxing riverside scenery as you make your way towards the islands just a bit further down the path. Spend some time relaxing on the islands before continuing around the loop, which travels along Bought Road (which eventually becomes Ness Walk) and takes you to the Infirmary Bridge. Cross here and curve right to head back to your car!
