Dirtyface Peak Trail Description
Dirtyface Peak Trail is a hike that offers amazing views over Lake Wenatchee and the surrounding mountains, but it takes a considerable amount of effort to reach the top. Be prepared for steep sections, rocky, mud, and hot sun on clear days.
Begin from beside the ranger station. The trail mostly heads diagonally up the mountain face at the start, offering little relief in the way of switchbacks. Later on, you’ll traverse a couple of switchbacks before taking on much narrower turns on the final approach. Enjoy the peak and then retrace your steps back to the trailhead.
