While out walking the trail, you will meander along wooded paths that serve to commemorate the 60 year reign of Queen Elizabeth II that was celebrated in 2012. This is a lovely excursion with well-maintained paths that is suitable for all.

Diamond Jubilee Wood Walk Description
While it doesn’t feature anything in the way of challenging terrain, the Jubilee Wood Walk is a wonderful route that will allow you to relax in a peaceful woodland setting.
From the trailhead, you will make your way to the northeast along a winding path that will bring you to the loop portion of the route. Here, you will keep right and pass through a scenic stretch of woodlands commemorating the Queen’s 60th year on the throne. The trail will loop around the wood and bring you back to the starting point of your walk.
