Gallowstree Common Circular Walk Description
The Gallowstree Common Circular Walk takes you through varied scenery, such as woodland, open fields, country homes, and a pond, making this a fantastic walking route in the Chilterns. Setting out from your car, you’ll follow Horsepond Road for a super short distance before turning left onto The Hamlet. As the road curves, take a right and then a left at the intersection with three paths. This marks the start of your loop! Start by travelling through woodland before experiencing a mixture of open fields and additional forest settings later on in your circuit. When you reach the start point of the loop, you’ll head back down The Hamlet the same way you came as this is a lollipop route.
