Eagle Lake Trail Description
The Eagle Lake Trail is a scenic trail that sees little traffic in the summer. It is a flat route that is accessible on foot or bike. You’ll leave the parking area and head south for 3.2mi to the lake. On the way, you will be able to see plenty of greenery, some wildflowers, and possibly wildlife. Many types of birds gather at the lake, so bring some binoculars and a camera on this hike.
Many people skip the trail and drive further, stopping near the lake to catch a glimpse. This is why the trail is so quiet. This is an excellent option if you are travelling east and looking to spend a few hours getting some fresh air!
